Why is SEO important? PDF Print E-mail

The web has failed many business owners over the years for many different reasons, but mostly the reason for a website to fail is due to a lack of visitors (traffic) and the second biggest reason for a site to fail is lack of investment.

When you look at your budget for an advert in your local paper, you can expect to pay up to £500 for maybe a half page in colour. That advert will be viewed for 1 day only, not only will it be only viewable for one day its not even specific to your potential clients needs its just like an annoying popup on the web, they are reading about local info and your advert could be trying to sell them a camera. If they don't want a camera they wont even register in their minds your advert, if they do want a camera it may register, they may read your advert and they may even consider it but unless your advert is running consecutively over the next few nights also its very unlikely they will remember who you where to purchase your product.

But the internet is so different, when someone finds your website through google or yahoo etc they have found your website based on your products or services, so they are looking for what you are offering and chances are they are ready to buy or if not they will more than likely save your site into their favourites to come back and check it out later.

With an estimated 300 Billion webpages on the internet how will anyone ever find your site?

So why do visitors not find your site?

With an estimated 300 Billion webpages on the internet how will anyone ever find your site? your not the only website selling a Slimming Pill or a Fridge Freezer so what will make your site get to the top of the search engines? At Teesweb we specialise in working on clients web sites to optimise them for what the top search engines need to see, that includes correctly written meta tag data, titles, correct use of keywords and clean visible content which is not cluttered by messy html code. This is just touching on what is involved for high search engine rankings along with the need to increase your websites popularity by getting suitably chosen websites to promote yours.

Why choose Teesweb to look after your SEO?

Most SEO companies promise the world and deliver nothing more than a printed report! They also offer "Unbeatable Money Back Guarantee's" The problem with these money back guarantee's is they provide the client with a printed report of what is required to be done, but the technical know-how to do these changes is beyond the capabilities of most website owners, which then leaves your "Unbeatable Money Back Guarantee" in tatters. At Teesweb we not only print the reports, we do all the changes and amendments for you, there is nothing for you to do other than watch the traffic increase and the sales convert! We take all the guess work out of SEO with our fully managed plans.

Search Engine Optimisation may seem like an unnecessary expense to some but the only true unnecessary expense is your website if you haven't had it professionally optimised.

Make A Child Smile

Teesweb was pleased to be able to offer its services to a local charity named "Bike Appeal" the Charity has been recently formed by local business man Lee Blackburn to help under privileged children each Christmas to get a brand new bike!

TFM and Metro Radio have been big supporters of "Make A Child Smile" and Lee has worked with them for many years raising funds to help the local children, then recently on a trip to China Lee realised just how cheap he could source new bikes for the kids, it would be a shame if a child had to go without a new bike for Christmas!

Make A Child Smile - Bike Appeal

So Lee launched http://www.bike-appeal.co.uk/ a site based on the "Million Dollar Pixel" concept which allows people to donate cash and in return they get advertising space on the website to advertise their business or anything they want. Why not take a look and maybe even consider making a child smile?

Teesweb was pleased to be able to offer free website design, hosting and domain name registration.
